What Is the Varsity Team?
The Varsity Team is a fun and fancy name for the community of affiliates who support JV Connect.
The name comes from the fact that people outside the online business space hear “JV Connect” and say, “Junior varsity?”
So, I figured, why not have some fun with that. Who does the Junior Varsity look up to? The Varsity Team, of course! That’s you.
Why Join the Varsity?
The Varsity is more than just an affiliate opportunity. Yes, if you promote JV Connect and Networking Made Easy through your link, you get commissions for sales, but that is only the beginning.
Each registration, paid or free, is worth Varsity Points (VPs), and VPs earn privileges such as a speaking spot at Networking Made Easy, invitations to exclusive mastermind sessions, and more.
Just for choosing to be a part of The Varsity Team, you are part of a community.
We will be hosting networking and collaboration events exclusively for Varsity Team members.
You will also get exclusive JV/collaboration training from Michael Whitehouse, The Guy Who Knows a Guy (who you may know from JV Connect).
How do I Join?
Step 1. Fill out the Varsity Team Application
Don’t be intimidated. Everyone is accepted.
Step 2. Sign up as an Affiliate through ThriveCart
This lets us pay you, so it’s highly recommend if you’d like to get commissions.
Step 3. Determine your Networking Made Easy affiliate link.

Step 4. Promote as much and as often as you like
Promo Resources
JV Connect’s pricing model is as follows:
$100 – At Networking Made Easy and after
$90 – After the 1st and before Networking Made Easy
$70 – The month prior to the event.
$50 – Two months prior.
$30 – Prior to the previous event.
This means that the price slowly increases as we get closer, giving an incentive to buy earlier.
For example, for the September JV Connect, here are the price dates…
$30 Until July 1st
$50 July 1st – 31st
$70 August 1st – 31st
$90 September 1st to day before Networking Made Easy
$100 Networking Made Easy and through the event.
Networking Made Easy is the free training day before JV Connect. It is run through EventRaptor and runs live on Zoom. Attendees are encouraged to buy a JV Connect ticket. They will also be offered a mid-ticket upsell which is commissionable.
We have email and social media copy for both JV Connect and the free training day, Networking Made Easy.

What’s a Varsity Team without a scoreboard?
Soon, we will have a spreadsheet with the score of all team members.
Scoring is simple:
1 point for each Networking Made Easy registration
2 points for each JV Connect registration
7 points, and you are invited to the special Varsity Mastermind
15 points, and you can speak for 5 minutes on Networking Made Easy.
More rewards will be added as we go along.
The score resets for each event.
JV Connect Bonus Program
If you have a program that costs $1000 per year or more, you can give JV Connect tickets to your members for free.
You will be given a coupon code to give your members. These tickets are worth 2 points as are other JV Connect tickets, but members must register themselves.
If your member purchases an upsell program within a week of JV Connect (or directly related to coming to JV Connect), you will be entitled to commission.
